Domestic Adoptions: Minority, foster care and Private or Identified
Types of Domestic Adoptions
Infant Program
Birth parents across the U.S. are selecting adoptive parents for their newborns. These babies are most frequently African American. Those interested in our Infant Program must be open to gender and African American babies. Couples typically wait 2-12 months for placement. Single-parent families typically wait 4-8 months longer than married couples.

URGENT Need for Families for Our Infant Program.
Adoption Links Worldwide STILL has an urgent need for families that are hoping to adopt domestically. Families must be excited about adopting an African American infant of either gender. There are many birth mothers across the United States in need of options for their children. Please contact Brandi McManigal at 556-2367 for more information.
Foster Child Program
School-aged children from the Omaha area, who are considered "special needs" due to abuse and neglect histories, are waiting in Nebraska’s child welfare system. There are no placement fees for this program. For more information on this program call Bonnie or Nicki at 402-933-0377.
