Adopted children are seen as "special" or "chosen" or even "lucky." And they are! They are special because we love them, and we did choose them, or at least chose to adopt. Some children who would otherwise face a life of institutionalization and poverty, are lucky to have a family. However some children don't like feeling special, chosen or lucky. They want to be "normal, "whatever that is? |

Domestic Adoptions Only
